• ROOMS ( style in general / size of beds)
• The TEA KITCHEN for the free SELF SERVICE of TEA & COFFEE is a facility for all our guests and not for preparing hot meals or store a lot of food in the small fridge.
• Please check also the Summer Event Calender and the "Markets of Richterswil ". These are "HAPPY HOURS" with music around noon on the WYSSHUSPLATZ, (see photos at ► Richterswil) but it is not everbody´s taste - so please ask us in advance. At these dates the garden will not be a calm place.
• Our WINTER lasts more than 5 months - do not expect the garden to be green and in bloom before beginning of April at the earliest.
• SITUATED in the GREATER ZURICH AREA we are not responsible for disillusionments if you expected to be in rural Switzerland or in a WINTER SPORT AREA or in "Heidiland"- landscape.
You reach these images within a short drive to the hill part of Richterswil at the “HÜTTENSEE” (5 min), the ETZEL (15 min) or EINSIEDELN & SIHLSEE (30 min) and on to HOCH-YBRIG MOUNTAIN AREA-Ski Resort - but you are not directly surrounded by it.
• We regret, but we will reject any complaints resulting from ignoring these issues mentioned above. Thank you for your understanding.

The decoration of the House and the garden Garden has been done according to Geomancy, Feng Shui and Color Healing Systems.
Due to 3 Tachyon-Energy-Balance-Cristals (www.fostac.ch)
the house has a HIGH ENERGY LEVEL and enables a sound sleep.
☼ The house was built in 1927 and had been renovated to modern standard by us in the recent years.
We appreciate the old style of the 20th and tried to bring this athmospere back with our way of decorating the rooms.
We tried not to spoil its character and therefore 3 of the 4 new bathrooms are not ensuite but just vis-a-vis of your room.
This house is not a "Glas Palace with a marble staircase".
►►► You may hear the wooden stairs crack, when we take the
dogs for their last "Pee & Poo" down the staircase and outside.
►►► Please tell us in advance if you have special needs
(e.g.for breakfast, pillows, allergies etc.)

Ne vous étonnez pas de succomber au charme d'Amanda ou de l'accueillant Sambuco, nos deux dogues allemands impressionants qui ajoutent une touche d'élégance à la manière "Chien Royal"
Situé d´accès facile pour aller à Zurich, en face d´un parc public au centre d´un village sympathique, notre B&B est une île d´inspiration:
